Hi Bob - Like the pose - head might be turned ever so slightly away -little bit of a halo visible around the RHS of the bird.
Would have been tempted to swap some shutter speed for some more DOF - nothing in the Bg to be concerned about and plenty of SS to spare.
Good show :)
Good comments by Lance. For my taste I would have preferred warmer light...
