    Hi Andy I like how you framed the bird with a bit of room to the right, exposure looks fine and you got a good light angle !! You made the best possible from your position since moving for a better angle was not an option PS wise might lower saturation in the sky just a couple of points, can also select the pupil and darken some, makes the eye appear even sharper !!! ... might give a little room up top also !!!

    Thanks Alfred, agree that although I didn't increase saturation at all in pp I was tempted to reduce it slightly so may do that. No more room above as it is a no crop frame.
    Also, I did dodge the eye a little but regretted it later so good spot on that. The eye on this bird usually looks totally black to the naked eye anyway.
