    Hi Folks

After 4 years of absence the Greater Roadrunner came in for a visit yesterday - A pleasant surprise, Beep! Beep!

Created an oil painting using free Fotosketcher and CS4.

Gus! You get roadrunners! How wonderful...

I love this - how the texture of the BG adds to the bristliness of the bird's feathers. I don't know if it's just me but I find myself wishing there was just a touch more contrast between the black and whites. ??? Love that back glance pose!

Very nice, Gus. Lovely texture and painted look. I might prefer a bit more head turn toward the viewer, but not a big deal. Agree with Jules on a little more contrast perhaps.

Gus, I'm not sure how I missed this one. I love it! The cactus and the Roadrunner go very well together. I do wish for a better HA. But it is still nice w/ the raised tail!!:)

Gotta love the roadrunners! How cool to have one at your house. I love the canvas texture and the painted look, and the comp is excellent. Nicely done!
