Little Oreo had to be put to sleep today due to advanced cushing disease and a back injury. His tongue was too big to fit in his mouth so was always out. He survived an attack from a 75lb greyhound, and took may hits from sliding into the wall on the wood floor chasing toys :)
Chris I am so sorry for your loss. Definitely one of the most difficult times to go through. We have always had furry friends and I know the pain and the loss you are feeling. Truly sorry !

I'm so sorry.......it's always hard to lose a pet....they are so much a part of our lives. I have a 15 year old Black lab. I know that in the near future I will be faced with the same decision.
I'm really sorry, Chris :( It's hard to lose a member of the family. My wife and I had to put our cat, who was only 3 years old, to sleep... the doctor told us it was something he was born with and was going to end up getting sick eventually. It was the hardest thing that we had ever gone through as a family. It didn't seem fair because he had such a short life.
