Default Cattle Egrets Abound at Gatorland

I was out at Gatorland yesterday am and boy things are hopping!! The light was a bit low so I use a small bit of fill flash on this one. Taken with the D300 and Nikon 70-300VR, f/8, iso 640, 1/500. All C&C welcomed as always:).

Nancy, saw this shot. Again, excellent.
Love to see what kind power you used on your filled flash.

Troy thanks! I used balanced fill at a setting of -.3, set on the flash. I was not using the better beamer.

Well done. So, 200-400 should be good on a full frame for gatorland?

Hi Nancy, nice detail on the whites and I rely like the raised crest.

Love the soft light and the vegetation and the framing. I even like the leaves on the frame edge.
