Very nice to capture her out in the open. Not the easiest bird to get a clean shot at.
Nice wing position, angle in frame. I might be tempted to town down the jumble of branches in the background. They are light enough to detract from the bird.

Well captured Jim - not a species one often sees in flight, or should I say able to capture in flight as you have done. With that expression, the WP sure seems to be on a mission.
