DOF is not enough. If you use an external flash. Try this settings
1/200 - 1/250 shutter speed with about f/11 DOF. Flash output depending on how you light your subject.
It will be sharper. Give it a shot.

Hi Kostas, beautiful composition, IMO. I love the repetition of the fork motif in at least 5 places! The use of 3 drops is also a nice compositional element. The drops are all very sharp and setting them in the midst of the OOF rest of the image produces a 3-D feel. I'm sure you put a lot of thought and effort into this image, and it paid off. Congrats!
