Believe it or not - an outdoor image! Not easy to do where I live. This is a hand held Lensbaby Composer shot. I added the soft texture, not because I felt it needed one, but was playing around and found that a light texture diffused the bg a bit more and I liked the effect in this pastel-colored image.

Barbara, You are knocking them out of the park w/ that LB. The texture is fantastic and so are the colors. I wouldn't change a thing.:)

Barbara, beautiful colors and composition! The texture is lovely and adds to the painterly look. Well done!

Gosh, Barbara, I'm still struggling with the whole lensbaby thing. You really are going to town with it! Amazing soft colors and I love the added texture. Beautiful crop/composition as well.

Thanks everyone. I went to the Botanical Gardens with one setup: Lensbaby Composer, Soft focus optic, macro kit, and a wide aperture ring. I hand held due to back spasms so actually dragged my tripod around and used it to help me get up. :D
Jules - do you have the Soft optic?

This is just so beautiful, Barbara. :) Love the soft diffuse feel, and wonderful colors and texture. I think a tiny bit more room on the left might be nice, but that's a very minor point on this very lovely image.
