Eye squint revisted!!!

This is a repost about an enquiry I made to see if anyone knew about a special tool in PS to "Open-up" a squinting eye. I had seen it somewhere but couldn't remember where.
At last a collegue of mine here in Oz reminded me that its discribed on John Shaw's PS3 CD. Its called the "BLOAT" tool and found on the same filter palette as the Liquify tool.
John Shaw demonstrates its use in "opening" up the half-shut eyes of a fox!!
