Wonderful eye contact in this image. Love the wing spread as well. Might try to darken the few bright spots in the BG a bit.

Good looking bird. Nice and sharp.
My first thought was if it would be possible to get a few more details in the lighter part of bird by darkening them a bit.
I am not sure if this is cropped or not, but if mine I might be tempted to have a look at leveling the bird.
