This Black Duck was either brave or asking for trouble as a Bald Eagle approached and the Snow Geese took off. There was no danger since the eagle had just caught a fish.

Super cool! Love the story. It would have be so awesome to have the eagle in this frame as well
Clever title. What an amazing sight, and Im sure there were plenty more to the left and right of your frame. Did they all fly directly over your head? A well thought out comp too.
Really great comp, love it.
I would try also white only with the duck and
w/o the upper 1/3.
this is a different avian shot and I love it. wouldn't change a thing, except maybe crop some from the top :)
well, sometimes it's better to swim against the tide, right? I've never seen so many birds (flying) at once, would love to though! Love the image, it really tells the whole story! :0)
Well crafted image, Axel. Love the multiple layers and the lone duck. We get so used to seeing images sized for web, I bet this would look superb printed large.
Axel -- You caught a nice scene here and I love the "sitting duck." I also like the dark trees in the background which I think help to make the shot. Nice one.
excellent capture Axel , looks like duck lost his head

Very beautiful sight captured Bhai, the sitting duck sure adds interest..
I love this photo! I don't think I'm competent to comment on the technical aspects, but aesthetically, I love it!
I also like this very much. I think the lost & found edges & the anchor provided by the black duck are what make this image. It is very artistic.

An interesting looking shot Axel.
I like the uniformity of both density and thickness of the band of geese.
I bet the sound was awesome.
The duck adds a really nice touch.
