Hi Ken, Beautiful colors and pose. I like the ripples and reflection. I find the dark area on the top left and the line just to the right of the duck a little distracting but not bad. I think the duck's head could possibly use a little more sharpening.

Hi Ken - like the golden light and water - Bird looks a tad soft could do with some more sharpening.
Also some CW rotation, Would have also like to see the full circle of ripples included.

Hi Ken Agree on comments, right on the spot !! Can add the white patch by the beak looks a little over, might dial some neg compensation.

btw when see other posted images might take a close look and examine, then post your thoughts, will be very helpful with your own later on !!
