Excellent posture, detail and sharpness on the bird. Definately a Lesser Spotted Hendri - the area around Satara - Kruger Park in mid Feb was literally litered with them. We saw them everywhere! Not very visible here the stove-pipe leggings and the feint spots on the leg feathers are characteristic. ;)

we also saw many of them around Satara during our brief sojourn there in end-Feb...lovely details and pose here Marietjie! (I also mistook them for Tawnys at first when we saw them :))
