    My wife made this photograph while I was trying to photograph griffon vultures in one of the best places in Spain for this birds. As you can see, it is not necessary a blind, camo or concealment because birds are really used to the people. Fantastic place for landscape too but really good for griffon, black and egyptian vulture (also peregrine falcon, black stork and golden eagle). The breeding colony is located at the rocks that can be seen at the lower background of the image and you can see an image of a griffon vulture that I captured that morning in the avian forum. :)

    Lovely! A place I recognize and a familliar view. Been there twice, the last time a year ago and simply love it. Would love to go to Extremadura and Monfragüe again...

    Great stuff! That method of holding the lens seems a bit unstable. Is it? I typically hold it out past focus ring.

    It works really well for me, and I usually handhold this combo about 90% of the time.
