I bet you couldn't do this...... I have no idea how this Owl does this without falling over. ISO 1000, f/6.3, 1/250 sec, EF500mm f/4.0 IS USM, +1.4TC, Evaluative Metering, Auto Exposure, Auto WB, No Flash. Comments Welcome.......

    Richard,

Greetings. That's pretty funny... and pretty fast at 1/250th... what an entertaining bird. So did he start with the body and end with the head or the other way around? Great shot!

    Cheers,

    -Michael-

Wow something different and I like it. Love the spinning blur of the head with all the water droplets shooting out in all directions. Also like the how the rest of the body is sharp, nice timing. The background looks nice too. I might try to lighten the image a bit.

I like it, so funny, And so much blur at 1/250 surprises me. Good BG, agree also might try it lightened slightly.

Great image and fun! Lightening it would help but otherwise a well handled and interesting image....

Hi Richard - too cool - as mentioned couple of minor tweaks. Great behaviour shot.
