Interesting pose, the tilted head and eye contact make this one for me. I would sharpen the bird a bit more. Was the shutter speed really that slow?

Thanks Axel, I gave the image three rounds of sharpening, I will try a little more.(shutter speed was 1/1000 I will correct)
