Awesome lighting Cheryl, Love the comp and details. I like it just as it is, so can't give any suggestions.

Please allow me to add my ringing endorsement!

I love the lighting of the little "hairs" that are front and center, plus the "veins" in the left-central portion of the rose. (I need to improve my botanical vocabulary.)

Hi Cheryl, awesome details. Like the comp and love the light. I like the light on this rose better than in your last image.
Stuart, hairs and veins are completely acceptable words among botanists :D!

This is really nice, Cheryl. The lighting looks great and I really love those sharp petal edges near the top.

    LED?

I like everything but the three outside petals - they really look hot to me and that always distracts my eye. I love the crisp lines of the petals (like in the last image) but the white hot areas really are a negative for me. I also think brightening up the shadow on the front petal would be good, too - the brown tint takes away from the purity of the white rose.

    Cherly,

This is very nice as presented. As Mike said you have captured some sweet light. Keep up the good work.
    Thanks for sharing...

    Hey Cheryl,
I looked at your previous post.....and it appears there is a touch more detail in the whites in that one.....maybe brightness wasadded in contrast adjustment? Not a big deal for me though.....as your lighting is stunning on this one!

Stunning image and I love the fall of light. This is so beautiful I feel almost silly suggesting something but I would maybe use the blur tool to slightly soften the lines of the inner petals.:)
