    Danny, I like your comp, and what a great pose you have captured. The finch is nice and sharp, and just love that BG. What is in the BG to create that colour?

    Very well exposed image with nice composition. Nice details on the bird. I think you need to brighten up the image a little.

    A fine, sharp and pleasing image. But I'd provide a bit more background space all around, conforming the bird's eye more precisely to the rule of thirds. I think the extra space would further enhance this already excellent image.

    The interesting thing is that the colors look right on it here. The BG and bird are distinctly different....and expected colors. Well done.
