Superb reflection, well exposed, sharp, nice look back pose. Water color is very nice. Your shooting angle was just right to give this nice reflection.
The bird needs to be rotated about 3 degrees CW to align the bill and its reflection.
I might consider some minor cleanup of the white spots in the water, and if you have it, would add just a sliver below the head of the reflection so it doesn't seem so crowded.
I like the look-back glance, the low angle,and the reflection. I even like the debris in the water! I'd give it a bit more room below, and the image needs some CW rotation.
