Default Great Horned Owl - Muskoka Wildlife

    Camera Maker: Canon
    Camera Model: 7D
    Focal Length: 600mm
    Aperture: f/7.1
    Exposure Time: 1/800th
    ISO equiv: 400
    Manual, tripod mounted.

Taken at 2 in the afternoon so the lighting isn't optimal, I cropped out the junk in the background that detracted from it. This lovely owl is a rescue.

Is there a reason to crop so tight on the bottom? Like to see more tail.
Still a good shot for 2pm shot, brighten up the eyes a bit would be even better.

There actually is, I didn't use the Zoom function of my legs to move back far enough, plus I was perched on a rocky outcrop so I physically could not move any further back.

Probably missing 2 inches of tail feather.
