I liked the BG, pose, and light of this one but I'm not sure about the sliver of the right eye. For now, it helps give me a reference for "seeing" the right side of the beak. 40D, 400DO + 2xTC, f10, 1/160s, ISO 400, -1/3 EC, tripod, MLU, cable release, removed tip of another branch, cropped a little all around.

Steve, not bad for all that FL and I like the BG and head angle. Wish for a better right eye.

Love the iridescence, the bg and the perch.
Wish the image was presented bigger so the details could be more visible.
Wish the tail wasn't clipped by the forked branch and that the head angle was a bit better

Hey Steve, the light has brought out the blue irridescence nicely, and I like the inquisitive head turn. Intersting looking perch, I like it, and a lovely smooth BG too.
