    From Viera Wetlands a Night Heron flying straight at me, had a bunch very sharp with the Mk4 Most difficult situation for most cameras.... and with a 2X

    Tough to focus on, did a great job with 2X on. excellent BG, I find it tough to make an appealing image of an incoming BIF, this one is an exception for sure!

    The eye looks very sharp with a nice gliding flight pose. What I like most is the background, the orange OOF flowers look so amazing.

    After seeing this, I thought of throwing my camera away :D. Incredible sharp capture Al...these guys are so fast to start with.....combine that with a tough background, head on flight path and then throw in the 2X on top of a 500.....all I can say is....WOW !. I am still trying to get a good horizontal shot of one of these.

    Love the setup, ISO 1000 - love the MKIV images. Have you tried the auto ISO function?

    This is a very challenging angle - well done.
