    Hello, taken a few days ago at Fort DeSoto.

    50D, iso 200, f/8, 1/1250, 500mm + 1.4 TC.

    Nice moment captured, I also like the eye contact and composition. I might remove the sheen on the bill and remove one of the catchlights.

    Superb timing, like the comp, attractive juvie.
    The back seems just a bit sharper than the bill, eye area on my monitor.

    Isn't it nice to have some reach!

    Good timing, and good comp. I like the saliva strand in the mouth. To me the eye looks a little soft compared to other areas of the plumage. I agree with toning down the sheen on the bill.
