These are Rosy Starlings. At Lakhota Lake we used to see them doing acrobats every evening during winter. They make amazing perspective.....

Cool pattern and BG, it reminds me a little of the head of a rabbit. :) Are these starlings and what kind of bird is in the lower right? They look a bit larger.
