    There are many things I like about this, including the foreground and background, even if a bit busy. I might just clone out the green patches to our left, at the edge of the frame. I like the determined/fierce look in his eye, almost eagle-like, and the landing pose. Overall, I think the image is a bit busy. I think I'd rather see the OOF gull removed, but can't decide on the sapling (or whatever) between the 2 birds. I wonder how it would look if this sapling were moved over to replace the OOF gull.

    Cool wing position and setting. If it were mine, I might remove the other bird.

    Very nice work. Agree with the others, OOF gull goes, shrub stays:)
