I went to Pilanesberg Nature reserve yesterday and had the pleasure of taking Tony ( Whitehead ) with me. Met up with my good mates Gerrie and Anton. As the action at times was a bit quiet, we decided to catch up with the common characters around the hide. Taken in overcast conditions.

Stuart, Beautiful pose and interesting perch. I wish the bird 's head was not quite so turned. I might lighten the shadow on the bird. Lucky you to get to meet Tony Whitehead. I like the soft blue BG and the sharp details.:)

Overcast can be a blessing :)
Ditto on the head turn and the perch is a bit overwhelming.

So glad you met up with Tony, he was very excited about this!

Thanks for participating in the project.

Sharpness and eye contact look good. A lower angle would have made it even stronger.

Details and exposure are excellent, agree with lower angle. did well given your position. TFS
