This Bald eagle was in a conflict with a neighboring Osprey. They do not like to share the same air space.

    Hi Peter

I like how you increased the ISO and also the compensation, maybe just a third less. Would darken the bird just a bit for contrast, try the standard pre-sets for curves, one should work perfectly !!! Can tame the white on top, if you can't just clone in some whites from the adjacent area and adjust the opacity.

Sure wish that bird would have opened the wing fully but do like the pose and demeanor !!!

Great facial expression. Good detail. I wonder if could reduce the noise on the wings a little wo losing detail.

HI Peter - lots to like here - just wondering how much S/H??? Could be responsible for the noise evident on the wings.
    Agree with AL'S comments.
    Doing well.

    Lance,
I only did 8% on shadows and 0% on highlights. The rest of the light correction was in levels.
I actually did NR on the bird this time through elements (strength 4, preserve 75, reduce 45)
I definetly have trouble with the eagles getting rid of the noise on thier wings.
    Any advice?
    Peter
