    Sharp, good exposure. Bird facing away. Dirty beak. Bird a bit too low in the frame...

    Hi Phil,

    Looks sharp. The composition could be a little higher in the frame. Were you able to move around the bird??

    Nice control of the whites, great close up! Wish the background didn't offer as much detail, but it's hard to get these guys fishing away from the reeds.

    Thanks for the constructive comments. I am in Northern Ca. Picture taken at Sacramento NWR. Bird was walking by me. No chance to change my angle on it.

    I am fairly new to all this. Great forum, learning alot
