I'm not the biggest fan of headshots, but if there ever was a species screaming to have a head shot done, then it's this guy. Any lower, I'd need a snorkle ;-)

Nice job on the exposure,excellent whites, with nice sheen on the head feathers, shows the colors well.
Excellent shooting angle, always interesting to be looking up at a duck in the water.

I might consider a sliver more room to the right.
