    Default Horned Grebe

We found this guy yesterday at Shoreline Lake.
We usually see a few of them wintering in our area, but it's rare to find one in breeding plumage.
It was quite cooperative and let us take a few shots in the afternoon sun.

You created a beautiful image, Luis. So colorful and sharp. Droplets add alot as does the blue water.

A beauty Luis! looks a little soft in some areas (bill, top of head and rump) but the low angle, blue water and that eye really make a nice image!

Great low angle, wonderful BG and great light, colors and head angle. I might sharpen the head a bit more.
