    Nothing exotic but happened right in front of us while shooting Oystercatchers at Nickerson today. Your photography certainly improves hanging out with these guys! 40D, 600mm, ISO 400, 1/1000, f/7.1

    Good job reacting to the moment, Nick. I might be inclined to trim a bit from the bottom, leaving the reflection of the crab but trimming most of the gull out. The fact that it's not complete seems to bother me. (Personal tase, I'm sure)

    Great light and I like the low angle. Agree about taking a little off the bottom.

    Nick, Nice looking Gull and the crab is a nice bonus. I agree w/ Grace regarding the reflection. Sounds like you guys have been having too much fun out there. I like the low angle and may tone down the top of the head a bit. Nicely done.:)
