    This is going to be a great year for wild flowers. We had a wet fall and have had adequate rain so far this spring, unlike the last two years. Log with several holes drilled in it for seed.

    I like the comp. but feel that the BG takes away from the image. Also think the log is a bit hot.

    Kinda busy BG. Too bad as the bird's capture is very good.

    The bird with the flowers is nice, but the background is too distracting. With a aperature of about f4 it would be much nicer.

    I like the general composition. The BG could be promoted to a layer and a light touch of 'gausian blur' might create an f 4.0 affect. I might be tempted to clone out the green leaves at the bottom of the image. Good image. ;)

    Actually, I shot this at f/9 to try to get the flowers more in focus. Goes against the grain with backgrounds, but bluebonnets are special to us Texicans.
