A commen bird here in Sydney but this is my first decent shot of it. Taken a couple of days ago in late afternoon light.

    About 70% of full frame.

Love the color contrast here, the blues offset those golden legs nicely. I might crop up a touch to remove that dark patch in the lower right corner.

Light is fantastic and the blue BG makes this pop.

Beautiful image, Ofer. The blue looks really saturated, but if that's the way it was, then so be it.

Agree with Grace...is the bird's head that white?

Ofer, this is wonderful. Great light and awesome BG. Perfect head angle. I like the raised leg.

The name of the bird suggests that the head is pretty white....:)

I like the striding pose, eye contact and sharpness, a nice common bird to have around. I might darken the legs a bit.

Ofer, A lovely image of one of your many Annice Aussie birds. Maybe loose the bottom of the frame just above your name?

Good over-all image and composition. The low, warn light is a pluss; creates a good contrast between bird and BG. Agree with Axel; might do some dodge and burn, or layer + hue/sat to bring out contrast in upper leg. ;)
