Like the low angle does the eye need a catch light?

Great habitat moment like snow on the wings - sets the mood of chilling weather.

Nice low angle and I like the falling snow. Would like to see a little more room around the subject.

I like the mood, head angle and eye contact. Adding to the other comments, I would sharpen the bird some more and lighten the eye.
