Hand Of Man Question

I think I understand the general terms of when to register a picture in the Hand of Man forum, but still need a clarification. I have seen quite a few pictures posted in this forum that I cannot understand why they were not posted to the Avian Wild and Free.

For instance: If you have a natural branch/perch that is being held by something man made, and a bird lands on this perch, but all you see in the picture is the bird on the natural perch, is that posted in the Avian Wild and Free? But say a bird that has landed on a stump that appears to have been obviously cut by man...that would be posted in the Hand of man? Thanks.

Personally, I wouldn't consider either as including hand of man.
