    I love the image, the head angle, the eye contact, the droplets, the feather details are great. IMO a little more room at the top would be nice

    Like the colors, the SH, and the good EXP. A bit off the bottom would work for me; it is too bottom heavy as presented.

    I've never seen one but it is still one of my favourite birds. We have a Coccothraustes in Canada (Evening Grosbeak) but it is not quite the same.

    The major element of the image is the head and eye and I like this emphasis. I like the colour and lighting as well. For me the composition is the thing that could be improved. If you ask "how much of the lower part of the image and the reflection adds to the image?" I would say not much, so you could lose that and add some headroom above. Below I would crop just where the water starts to ripple. Nice job!

    I love these birds (common in backyards and orchards of my childhood:))
    Nice eye and expression. Agree about the space on the bottom.

    I'm with John. I'd love to see one of these some day. Are they as unpredictable as the Evening Grosbeak is? Good image;)
