These little guys are quite common over here, specially during winter time. I made this image after the last snow fall 2 days ago, the poor birds were all very hungry! Luckily for me, all our feeders were very visited! I cropped, did some sharpening and saturated it a bit. All C & C more than welcome!

Wonderful pose in this diffuse-light portrait, Verena. Good EXP, detail and BG Would suggest to crop some off the top. Is the white area in the LRC snow? It's a bit distracting IMO. You're lucky to have such a colorful common bird in Switzerland! Thanks for posting.
Yes to a crop from the top and some selective sharpening of the bird. I like the pose and the head angle. Is the bird on a perch that you set up by the feeder?

I love the pose and lookback on this pretty bird, and the colours are super Verena. The perch (with lichen!) fits perfectly with the bird. Personally I like the space at the top only because the bird is looking in that direction. The image would work with a crop from the top but I don't think it is necessary. On my monitor the image looks sharp where it counts!
Thanks for the feedback! I cropped the top a bit like you suggested and also eliminated the snow on the LRC. The Blue Tit is standing on an ornament plant in my garden that happens to be a perfect perch to access the feeder. What parts of the bird would you suggest to do some selectively sharpening on Arthur? I tried to do a little bit on the legs...:D
