Good article Axel. Thanks. I am personally against the seal hunt and hope that Canada one day discontinues it. My main concern is not for the cute, white-coat pups (which haven't been taken for years BTW), or the population as a whole, which continues to do very well. I am concerned most about the way the seals are killed, about the training that sealers get in humane killing, and the low esteem that they hold for their prey. All this adds up to the potential for large-scale animal abuse IMO.
