    Hi Bob - lots to like here - exposure looks good - like the pose on the main bird - good sharp eye - nice fine feather detail.
    I would consider cloning out the bird on the LHS completely and the trees also - will change the story somewhat - but will also bring the focus back to the main bird. IMHO - the overlapping wings between the two birds do not provide enough separation and hence my eye tends to spend a bit of time exploring that area trying to work out whats going on there - just my reasons for the possible removal.

    Hi Bob, Lance had some excellent suggestions.That would simplify the image and add strength to your center of interest.As stated,good detail and sharpness.
