    Hi Ken - exposure looks good - good fine feather detail and like the concentration on this guy.
    If it were mine - I would crop the reflection from the bottom - not that strong and its removal will bring more focus onto Mr Red!
    Couple of what look like dust bunnies around - but could easily be things in the water - so maybe just a quick cleanup there.

    Nice feather detail. As for the reflection, ta-may-toe, ta-mah-toe... pa-tay-toe, pa-tah-toe... I like both presentations. It might make a difference where/how it was being used.

    Definitely a vote for the repost! The colours look much stronger and I prefer the lower angle that the crop has given you. Well done!

    Nice bird. Reposted COMP is better. But: too dark, way too noisy. Ran NR on the BKGR plus a 1/2 px Gaussian Blur and lightened it a bunch....
