    Default Weekly Theme: My slowest motion blur !!!

    I think this is about as slow a pan blur I have tried .8 seconds, have tried a full second but no keepers ... panning and trying to have something recognizable. This image was from South Beach with lots of bikes to give it a try!!

    Very cool blur Alfred. Just the right amount. I like the way the image has so much speed!!:)

    Beautiful composition, Al. I like the feel of motion and the horizontal light streak makes it work well here.

    Hey Alfred.....S Beach at night you say.....now we'll get no sleep when I visit! Very impressive panning at .8 sec! Does have a speed feel to it....although I'd bet he was probably going real slow! Neat!!!

    Nice action Al.
    I have an old pix somewhere of motorcycle racer taken about 50 years ago with 35mm rangefinder @ 1/50sec.
    Gave a nice background blur without blurring bike or rider.
    Just my 2 cents !!!

    Alfred, really neat image. I feel like I'm there. (the bike is killer:)). I love the light streaks.
