Good detail in the plumage and pose. HA not excellent but acceptable to me. The BG is very busy and so light that it really distracts from the bird.
But it's more than what I have of them :)

You did well with the bird, although it appears a little oversharpened on my monitor. I agree with Fabs about the BG.

i was thinking the same as doug.....a little oversharpened. and fabs pretty much nailed the rest of it too!!! kudos on some nice in camera composition. nice not to have to crop:)
