    Default Indian Roller digiscoped

At Keoladeo Nat. Park, Bharatpur in Feb. Digiscoped using Panasonic ZS3 with extended lens hand-held and jammed into the extended eyecup of 30X WA eyepiece on Kowa 773 scope. Fairly heavily cropped, then sharpening and nr applied. I think the slight lack of sharpness reflects the crop rather than the equipment. I thought at least the colors and pose make it a keeper , but comments appreciated.

Hi Richard - pretty nice for the equipment you were using, Like the pose Good HA and eye contact, the BG colours compliment the bird so well.
Not going to comment on sharpness and fine feather detail - cant compare this to a image from a DLSR.
    Good show :)

agree with lance. but you might be able to relax the crop to gain some detail back. i dont think all bird images have to have the bird filling the entire frame!! the bird is a beauty!!

Beautiful image Richard. The bird looks great compared to some digiscoping images I've seen.

Amazing under the circumstances Richard !!! Totally agree with your assessment !! Wonder if some noise reduction might improve the image overall ... might take some from the left side !!!
