I continue to be addicted to the Ospreys. They are incredible hunters and make for wonderful photos as they go through their ritual of circling, hovering, diving and capturing their prey. They are really beautiful when the late afternoon sun is just right and you can catch their underside...this was one of those moments.

Hi Ken - like the pose -outstretched wings and fanned out tail.
couple of hot spots on the wing - should be a easy fix in PP.
Looks just a tad soft and would run some NR on the background.

I know its not always possible but with direct light from your back there will be no shadows on the bird and will look even more attractive !! For ultra detail under the wing you need to be at the beach :) have gotten my best ones there, sand acts like a giant reflector and works for you !!! Great looking bird and a keeper in my book !!
