Oops! I thought this theme (which I had been looking forward to) was next week:) Another busy week and no time to peek at the website but hopefully I can catch up this week. This is a shot I took several weeks ago expressly for this theme. I took it of reflections in a shallow pool in the area of Paynes Prairie near my house.

I got rid of some of the noise and increased the saturation a bit with color curves.

7D, 100-400mmL, ISO 200, f/11, 1/4 sec.

Cheryl, I love it. It reminds me of a water colored painting. The colors, the bubbles and the lines are all interesting.

I think this is one of the most creative abstracts that I've seen in a long time. You can't quite figure out what's going on but then you realize you don't really care - it's just so much fun to look at.
