    Default Under Glass

Inspired by Barbara Kile I thought I would try shooting under shower glass. Got a 2 x 2 foot piece. Tried the polarizer didn't seem to make any difference. Found I liked it when the leaves were up against the glass. Two separate images blended together with texture overlays.
    Comments Appreciated.

Jackie, Very nice looking final result. It almost looks like a rainy window effect. I like the lighting effect.

    Nice image and application, Jackie.

While I like it as is, I might have cropped the bottom to put the stem in the LLC of the frame and included the whole right leaf if it were mine. Minor items that can go either way. But ...

I haven't been around much lately, so now I have to go see what Barbara did to inspire this creation. The impression I get is that it was shot with an underwater camera while the leaves were sinking into the water. Very cool effect!

Great PP ideas here, Jackie. Love the colors and the compo. Like Mark I'd wish for a full leaf RHS, but no big deal:)

Jackie, I really love this - the colors are so rich and it does look like it's underwater. Beautifully done.

This is fun and more exploration will be needed, I think Barbara did some more PP to her image but not sure what. Thanks for the comments.

Great effect, Jackie and that's a great piece of glass. Where did you get it? The bit of clip on the right frame has already been mentioned.

Barbara I went to a glass store and had it cut to size, they have two thicknesses of shower glass and I went for the thinner one.

I've been wanting to try this and you beat me to it! Beautiful effect, Jackie. I agree that a bit off the bottom would strengthen the comp a bit. I really love the glass you chose and the colors are beautiful. Lovely work!
