    These guys are always hard exposures for me, no matter what the lighting conditions are...

    Liked it a lot. I think Coots are a very interesting subject to shoot and learn from. excellent low angle. thats the only way it really works for Coots. Loved that water color and texture. Nice pose too. It needs some rotation. I'd have moved the bird a little lower in the frame...but that is a matter of personal taste at times.

    Love the sweet pose and low angle captured in this image and the head turn really makes it for me. Fine work !!! Thanks for sharing Ryan.

    Very challenging bird for me to shot as well. Like the composition and water is real nice. Looks like some darks might be blocked or wish for more light on the face - TFS.

    Thanks for the feedback Kaustubh, I agree that it does need a rotation.
