    My second quess is and Eastern Wood-Peewee.
    I am I close?
    Taken in Williamsburg, VA at the edge of a fresh water marsh.

    Hi Peter. I am no expert but I think that this is an Eastern Phoebe mainly based on the all black lower mandible, light throat and the brown plumage. My 2cents.
