Just a bit of frac layered. And some dodging and burning per painting with light technique. Oh, and a bit of nik bi-color to give it a bit of pop:)

Kora, Nice wing flap action captured. I like the color toning and the slight frac. work. Nice job w/ the lighting.

    Nice image and application, Kora.

Like the pose and wing action.

Might have added a little top border and eliminated the blur on the right edge. But ...

    Your image ... your vision.

Nice pose and action, Kora. Like the effect. I might have preferred a little more definition in the near wing, but still a very nice image.

Thanks for your comments and suggestions, everyone. Mark, I deliberately soft-foccused around the duck to concentrate attention on it:) Christopher, I'm adding the original here. I know what you mean about the back wing, but I was lucky to get any shot at all as I was trying to get a gull reflected in the water when I heard a bit of noise and turned around and fired off a couple of shots. I got as much sharpness and definition as I could in the PP:)

No problem, I was just referring to the URC where the ripples are OOF, while the rest is in focus. But ... as they say ...

    Your image ... Your vision! ;) :D

I like it either way. Just a minor suggestion on what I first saw.

Like the pose Kora and the treatment. Like the NIK filter to give it more vibrance.
