    Very nice image.
    Although beautiful detail on the entire bird, the detail of the tail feathers is what I notice most.
    Also like the wing span/composition.

    You nailed this banking angle Judy. Difficult characters to get decent wing positions. Only way to go with the comp, and wish there were more clouds.

    I love the fanned tail, vertical banking pose and spot on exposure.

    Only negative which has nothing to do with the image itself, sensor spot right side about 1/4 of the way up.

    This is a very nice flight shot. I love the pose and the outstretched wings and tail. The BG and light are awesome. Congrats!

    Judy this is spot on. You've really presented this species so accurately. They are such big and powerful terns compared to species like Commons and Forster's, and you've portrayed that perfectly here. Exposure is perfect, and I love the vertical crop.

    Terns are one of my favourite subjects. Love the spreadout pose presented here plus the sharpness, details and great light.

    superb pose and really impressive detail in the feathers in both the white and black portions.
